hosting problem at hostgator most probably. Once the issue is resolved my blog will be restored and i will look into the matter that these  kinds of problems do not occur in future.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I might loose couple of search engine positions as the site is down for couple of hours but i think continuous blogging can restore them soon. I left blogging 3years back and got on to advanced side of internet marketing. It is fully gone and lost in the depth's of internet. Tomorrow is my Birthday and i am coming with my own personal blog on my own domain. I wanted to say that from today i will blog when ever i feel like and see to that i provide value to world with it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I decided to spend very little time on social and professional networking sites as they consume most of my precious time. In that post she explains how she came across an article posted in reader's digest and she portrayed it wonderfully. But there is still some thing missing I thought to my self. This happens only in those developed countries as I don't see so much of awareness in Indian's at least. I don't mean all but most of them do not have basic sense of how to deal with PWD. The other day when I was trying to find a shop I saw a person walking with a white cane. I saw a well educated person helping him, but in a wrong way. Instead of catching his hand he is catching the other end of the cane and guiding him.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is really pathetic the boy is using the cane as he cannot see and cane is his Eye's and I see this person catching his cane instead of hand catching his cane. In fact he is not even guiding properly, if he can use his common sense for a minute he might have helped the visually impaired person well. A small amount of thinking makes lot of difference. I was just recollecting what good took place during 2009 and how much better those happenings can be made. Like a lightening I remembered a quote “Ideas can be stolen but not Brain”. This I learned when I was working as a HR Consultant and my MD told this to me when we were discussing a Business plan. I have no idea what he meant, but today when I turn back and see my life as a business man yes he meant it. Couple of my ideas already exists. Will that stop me from thinking or will I have to learn something from those ideas; the answer is to learn from those ideas.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;There is always a term called R and D. It’s not Research and Development, its Rip-off and Duplicate. If you can rip-off and duplicate the system and make it much better than what it is now you are a winner. People se the unique ness in a business plan all the time, but they lack to identify what efforts were put to write it, think about it, Research etc. Its time for me to start my business plan on a paper and try to make it much better day by day by adding value. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;I say to myself I did not find a potential partner to start any venture. But today I am wrong I found them but not suitable. When I met any of my previous venture partners its only idea which excites them. There is a lot to start any venture. Some leave you in middle, some will Rip-off and duplicate the system, some tries to knock you out etc. It’s not a problem until you stand and keep the spirit alive. &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;The brain has got an ability to think and generate ideas which worth, the only thing we have to keep in mind is to how we can do much better than last time and what we learned from those experiences.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;I have done couple of ventures and I don’t say I am a failed entrepreneur; it is taking me many steps to make it work for me. The day I call I am failed I am dead in terms of thinking, executing, striving etc towards any of my goals. It happens with all say’s Karthik from Indiblogger.in. I felt why I all the time and today I teach never ask you that stupid question “WHY ME OR WHY I”. Its just learning’s which can teach me something but not frustration, anger, fear and sorrow. If any one just thinks like a Research Scientist and says “INTERESTING” for any small happening in life, yes we made life more easier, simplified and we have a precious gift called Peace which can be never stolen.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;My next post is going to be on &lt;st1:city st="on"&gt;&lt;st1:place st="on"&gt;Mission&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:city&gt;, Vision and Values. I thought to register my blog there and get a listing in their directory. I have no other intention or any interest in that website as i am fedup of registering in websites and making profiles, submitting links, photos, videos etc. The site is totally a different platform after i registered i understood there is a goldmine which i never explored.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I tried to submit my link in the directory but unable to process due to various reasons. During that course of time i tried to find how to get the rss feed only using my screen reader. Infact i was successful in a way, but still i was unable to process the submission. Later i thought i will quit and get away from that site, but there is a link which grabbed my attention "&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Interview with Poonam&lt;/span&gt;". I was not interested at first but still i thought to give it a try. The interview was really good lot of new things can be learnt from it. Its her life, her views and her interview, but there is something which is addressing to the society and world. This is catchy and i thought to myself it was 3 yrs before i started my blog and stopped blogging too. There is this lady who is blogging and very successful.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I asked myself what is that stopped you from blogging Satish and the answer is lying in front of me. It was fear, shyness, my disability etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i was feared of people will laugh at my language. I was not good  either in talking or writing english. I improved in talking, but there is a lot to learn. When it comes to my writing i have no clue today also. Some others have to give me a feedback.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was a shy boy so that stopped me to blog about something which i liked. I thought when i cannot say it's me who did this post, i thought its waste to blog.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My disability stopped me from blogging too. There is technology but there was no accessability of websites during that time. The advanced technology of screen readers is allowing me to post something now, but in those days i was not aware of how to use those tools effectively.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After reading the interview i understood that its not language which engages the reader but the feel and expression, how effectively we are delivering the message. But I see that people don’t try to see what are the learning’s that they got on that day, we take things for granted…….Yes its true we don’t observe the small changes either good or bad which happens in&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;our life and move a head.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;I use the term we as I see that majority of them don’t observe this, so I thought to put WE instead of I. This is from the perspective of few people and about few people who fall under this category. I would like to take an example and explain how things work psychologically if you don’t train your brain and mind power properly.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;I was supposed to go to office at 1:30 pm and my cab picks me at 2 pm for what ever reason. So now I am in a situation where I am desperate of going to office and finishing the work fast. I am also frustrated and angry on the cab driver, but I cannot express so I am thinking of taking this to higher authorities. This is a general tendency of any one who is late or desperate. But in that desperation I forgot to inform my Manager that I will be late and will not be able to come for the meeting on time.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;So if anyone observes the situation our frustration, desperation and excitement has killed the basic sense or made me forget about basic work ethics. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;So what is the solution and what are my learning’s for this situation, I must inform my manager that I will be late and if asked, give him the reason. Keep yourself cool and try to think from the point of cab driver and transport facilitator. If you can get into the brain and life of the other person it will be easy for us to understand any problem, situation and we can deal with it in easier way than what we did in the example.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;A lot of learning’s can be taken from that example, so if people can put their comments and tell me what they learned I will be posting my thoughts and analysis on them.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;This example is taken just for a study purpose and not intended to target any personal, group or company. I am going to walk through a couple of case studies which will give a clear picture how a startup fails to build the trust, relation and act strategically. These case studies are taken out from other budding entrepreneurs and as well as my own experiences with some of the startups. The first case study is how a 22yrs old boy started off with a "&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Digital Media Marketing" &lt;/span&gt;company by partnering with couple of people and finally where&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;he landed and what are his learning’s, what we can learn from it and how we can do much better than him. The Blog will be launched soon by the end of this month and this is going to be a funny, wild, kick ass blog. The Blog walks through all the Experiential and Experimental Learning’s. in 2010 organized by &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.indiblogger.in/"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;indiblogger.in&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;. It was really fun being there and I met lot of amazing character’s and people who are inspiring, passionate, focused, wild etc. I think this is the first blogger’s meet which I have attended after my step into Online Marketing world.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;The place was a wonderful restaurant named &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.asklaila.com/listing/Bangalore/BTM+2nd+Stage/Potluck+Vegetarian+Restaurant/NFfQDGhw"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Potluck&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; which has got a wonderful terrace garden and I think its one of the best vegetarian restaurant’s which I have gone. The place was offered   by “Birla” and he is the founder of &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.asklaila.com/"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;www.asklaila.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; a website focused on local search. Pakoda, tea and cofee was served for free and i think it was a nice combination for the Bangalore Evening.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;I cannot explain more about the place as I was not able to make out clearly. We had a nice time introducing ourselves, people were pulling the legs of co bloggers  and lot of fun activity took place during that time. There were blogger's who blog on different  markets like media, politics,  seo, tech, social mediaetc.... Some even run more than 2-3 blogs. and all of them got a different style of introducing themselves  and i am sure they have got a diversified style of writing too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;After the introductions were done we then moved on to topics like page rank, getting more visitors and how google is treating backlinks, content duplication etc. Mohan, Vijay shared their view on these aspects and couple of other participents shared some valuable information. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;The indiblogger.in community shared how indirank is calculated and how indiblogger is adding features to their portal which will help the blogger's. to reach more readers and know their market.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;When we are done with the meet i have given my suggestions to indiblogger.in people and even though i haven't said bye to all i tried to cover most of them. Sometimes its really frustating  as i would want to shake hands with all of them and i have to keep to myself as i am relying on other person to move around. I always meet some people who claim that thy are not getting enough time to finish the work. I have no idea why they say so, because all of them have got only 24 hrs and they have to allocate this precious time properly.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Different people follow different methods of doing this some people write schedule, some people take the help of reminders etc. It is not how you are doing, it s how much amount of time you are using effectively to get a maximum output. If there is no proper planning for anything in life it is going to fail only because the time has passed out and one cannot get back not even a single minute of that precious time.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;I have just finished studying some articles about Entrepreneurs, it states that lot of entrepreneurs tend to do the work on their own, even though it can be delegated. So this is reducing the maximum output which they can get. It is not only reducing the output but killing the thought process, implementation or testing of other ideas etc so if a person is utilizing his time in a best way he can get multiple returns from one shot.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Some people might have lot of things to do in their life so they say that time is not sufficient to do all these activities. So one cannot say that, they have no planning or they are not using the time to the best. Infact if we observe the interviews of any celebrity or famous personality, you can observe that the interviewer will ask the same question "What is your secret of success?"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In my view there is no secret behind anyone being successful, don't take me wrong its just a different view. I feel that there is no secret, but there is a system  which helps to get the success. When you have a powerful system or strategy and you implement you will definitely get success.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ijust finished watching a video of Paul Lemberg and Mike Konnects and found that its not how much you know, its how much you implemented. Every time there is no second person available so one must try to motivate themselves daily.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Motivation is like a tablet and it should be taken daily like a medicine. Social Networking sites have made the life of people more easier in different aspects. Sometimes  those results are outdated too, rise of social networking sites like facebook, myspace, orkut etc made this really simple. The users are able to find  info, products, reviews, real time comparision of any producct or service. Social networking is a way of spreading the word around  easily.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some times social networking is dangerous as the personal information which is being shared like photos, videos, contact details, is being intercepted by hackers and crackers. Companies have   banned these sites, so as to increase the productivity of the work. People are edicted to these networks so much that they started using these networks during work hours.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So this is leading to loss of productivity by each worker who are using these networks. This day is  about you. You, who have come to this college, leaving the comfort of your homes  (or in some cases discomfort), to become something in your life. I am sure you  are excited. There are few days in human life when one is truly elated. The  first day in college is one of them. When you were getting ready today, you felt  a tingling in your stomach. What would the auditorium be like, what would the  teachers be like, who are my new classmates - there is so much to be curious  about. I call this excitement, the spark within you that makes you feel truly  alive today. Today I am going to talk about keeping the spark shining. Or to put  it another way, how to be happy most, if not all the time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Where do these  sparks start? I think we are born with them. My 3-year old twin boys have a  million sparks. A little Spiderman toy can make them jump on the bed. They get  thrills from creaky swings in the park. A story from daddy gets them excited.  They do a daily countdown for birthday party - several months in advance - just  for the day they will cut their own birthday cake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I see students like  you, and I still see some sparks. But when I see older people, the spark is  difficult to find. That means as we age, the spark fades. People whose spark has  faded too much are dull, dejected, aimless and bitter. Remember Kareena in the  first half of Jab We Met vs. the second &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;half? That is what  happens when the spark is lost. So how to save the spark?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Imagine the  spark to be a lamp's flame. The first aspect is nurturing - to give your spark  the fuel, continuously. The second is to guard against storms.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To  nurture, always have goals. It is human nature to strive, improve and achieve  full potential. In fact, that is success. It is what is possible for you. It  isn't any external measure - a certain cost to company pay package, a particular  car or house.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most of us are from middle class families. To us, having  material landmarks is success and rightly so. When you have grown up where money  constraints force everyday choices, financial freedom is a big achievement. But  it isn't the purpose of life. If that was the case, Mr.. Ambani would not show  up for work. Shah Rukh Khan would stay at home and not dance anymore. Steve Jobs  won't be working hard to make a better iPhone, as he sold Pixar for billions of  dollars already. Why do they do it? What makes them come to work  everyday?&lt;br /&gt;They do it because it makes them happy. They do it because it makes  them feel alive. Just getting better from current levels feels good. If you  study hard, you can improve your rank. If you make an effort to interact with  people, you will do better in interviews. If you practice,&lt;br /&gt;your cricket will  get better. You may also know that you cannot become Tendulkar, yet. But you can  get to the next level. Striving for that next level is important.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nature  designed with a random set of genes and circumstances in which we were born.. To  be happy, we have to accept it and make the most of nature's design. Are you?  Goals will help you do that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I must add, don't just have career or  academic goals. Set goals to give you a balanced, successful life. I use the  word balanced before successful. Balanced means ensuring your health,  relationships, mental peace are all in good order.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is no point of  getting a promotion on the day of your breakup. There is no fun in driving a car  if your back hurts. Shopping is not enjoyable if your mind is full of  tensions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You must have read some quotes - Life is a tough race, it is a  marathon or whatever. No, from what I have seen so far, life is one of those  races in nursery school, where you have to run with a marble in a spoon kept in  your mouth. If the marble falls, there is no point coming first. Same with life,  where health and relationships are the marble. Your striving is only worth it if  there is harmony in your life. Else, you may achieve the success, but this  spark, this feeling of being excited and alive, will start to die.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One  last thing about nurturing the spark - don't take life seriously. One of my yoga  teachers used to make students laugh during classes. One student asked him if  these jokes would take away something from the yoga practice. The teacher said -  don't be serious, be sincere. This quote has defined my work ever since. Whether  its my writing, my job, my relationships or any of my goals. I get thousands of  opinions on my writing everyday. There is heaps of praise, there is intense  criticism. If I take it all seriously, how will I write? Or rather, how will  I&lt;br /&gt;live? Life is not to be taken seriously, as we are really temporary here.  We are like a pre-paid card with limited validity. If we are lucky, we may last  another 50 years. And 50 years is just 2,500 weekends. Do we really need to get  so worked up? It's ok, bunk a few classes, goof up a few interviews, fall in  love. We are people, not programmed devices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've told you three things -  reasonable goals, balance and not taking it too seriously that will nurture the  spark. However, there are four storms in life that will threaten to completely  put out the flame. These must be guarded against. These are disappointment,  frustration, unfairness and loneliness of purpose.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Disappointment will  come when your effort does not give you the expected return. If things don't go  as planned or if you face failure. Failure is extremely difficult to handle, but  those that do come out stronger. What did this failure teach me? is the question  you will need to ask. You will feel miserable. You will want to quit, like I  wanted to when nine publishers rejected my first book. Some IITians kill  themselves over low grades - how silly is that? But that is how much failure can  hurt you. But it's life. If challenges could always be overcome, they would  cease to be a challenge. And remember - if you are failing at something, that  means you are at your limit or potential. And that's where you want to  be.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Disappointment's cousin is frustration, the second storm. Have you  ever been frustrated? It happens when things are stuck. This is especially  relevant in India. From traffic jams to getting that job you deserve, sometimes  things take so long that you don't know if you chose the right goal. After  books, I set the goal of writing for Bollywood, as I thought they needed  writers. I am called extremely lucky, but it took me five years to get close to  a release. Frustration saps excitement, and turns your initial energy into  something negative, making you a bitter person. How did I deal with it? A  realistic assessment of the time involved - movies take a long time to make even  though they are watched quickly, seeking a certain enjoyment in the process  rather than the end result - at least I was learning how to write scripts,  having a side plan - I had my third book to write and even something as simple  as pleasurable distractions in your life - friends, food, travel can help you  overcome it. Remember, nothing is to be taken seriously. Frustration is a sign  somewhere, you took&lt;br /&gt;it too seriously.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unfairness - this is hardest to  deal with, but unfortunately that is how our country works. People with  connections, rich dads, beautiful faces, pedigree find it easier to make it -  not just in Bollywood, but everywhere. And sometimes it is just plain luck.  There are so few opportunities in India, so many stars need to be aligned for  you to make it happen. Merit and hard work is not always linked to achievement  in the short term, but the long term correlation is high, and ultimately things  do work out. But realize, there will be some people luckier than you. In fact,  to have an opportunity to go to college and understand this speech in English  means you are pretty damn lucky by Indian standards. Let's be grateful for what  we have and get the strength to accept what we don't. I have so much love from  my readers that other writers cannot even imagine it. However, I don't get  literary praise. It's ok. I don't look like Aishwarya Rai, but I have two boys  who I think are more beautiful than her. It's ok. Don't let unfairness kill your  spark.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finally, the last point that can kill your spark is isolation. As  you grow older you will realize you are unique. When you are little, all kids  want Ice cream and Spiderman. As you grow older to college, you still are a lot  like your friends. But ten years later and you realize&lt;br /&gt;you are unique. What  you want, what you believe in, what makes you feel, may be different from even  the people closest to you. This can create conflict as your goals may not match  with others. . And you may drop some of them. Basketball captains in college  invariably stop&lt;br /&gt;playing basketball by the time they have their second child.  They give up something that meant so much to them. They do it for their family.  But in doing that, the spark dies. Never, ever make that compromise. Love  yourself first, and then others.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There you go. I've told you the four  thunderstorms - disappointment, frustration, unfairness and isolation. You  cannot avoid them, as like the monsoon they will come into your life  at&lt;br /&gt;regular intervals. You just need to keep the raincoat handy to not let the  spark die.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I welcome you again to the most wonderful years of your life.  If someone gave me the choice to go back in time, I will surely choose college.  But I also hope that ten years later as well, your eyes will shine the same way  as they do today.. That you will Keep the Spark&lt;br /&gt;alive, not only through  college, but through the next 2,500 weekends. And I hope not just you, but my  whole country will keep that spark alive, as we really need it now more than any  moment in history. Our ccna instructors are helping us to do the lab works and clearing doubts for all the students. I started to learn many things from different  people and met some really     interesting personalities. communities are one of those sources from where i found those  who are like me. After using different softwares and being in the field of internet marketing i understood that with accessability of internet for screen readers we cannot do any thing. For example if there is no jaws i might not able to do this blog posts jaws is my screen reader which in full form called as job access with speech.. I found that most of the websites and softwares  are not accessable for visually challenged. For example i am typing my blog post here and this particular area is not accessable for my screen reader as it is not recognising what kind of edit area is this. Late recently i met a lady on skype she is a member of stompernet and she started mentoring. I feel that after having 3yrs of experience as internet marketer learning some thing from a stompernet will improve my skills more and more.
